In the spirit of mutual benefit and integrity, to promote common development and friendly cooperation and safeguard each other's rights, the following service agreement must be signed before the transportation of goods.
I. Members are not allowed to send the following items prohibited by international express delivery
1. Counterfeit famous brands, brands (without authorization letters), and other suspected infringing goods;
2. Medical supplies, medicines, fresh produce, powder, liquid, ointment, corrosive substances, drugs;
3. Currency (including bank cards, promissory notes, drafts, checks, bonds, and stocks);
4. Flammable and explosive materials, military weapons and accessories, simulated military products and accessories;
5. Antiques and cultural relics, luxury watches, jewelry and precious metals;
6. Gambling devices, CDS, tapes, religious propaganda materials, obscene and pornographic books, reactionary books and periodicals;
Stone slabs with a thickness of more than 3CM
8. Other prohibited items for international express delivery and products regulated by policies of the destination country.region.
Our company's staff have the right to check under the surveillance cameras whether the goods of members are prohibited.restricted by the state, and to confirm the names, categories, quantities, etc. of the items. They will also pass through the security inspection machines in the warehouse 100%. Once any dangerous.prohibited items.state-controlled products are found, our company has the right to immediately report to the relevant departments and cooperate with them in handling the situation.
Ii. Cross-border Transportation and customs clearance
Our company is responsible for customs clearance and export of the members' goods on the Chinese mainland, booking space and transporting them to the destination. We also have the obligation to assist the members in customs clearance at the destination and be responsible for handing over the goods to the carrier for delivery to the destination. Members must declare the correct name, quantity and value of the goods when filling out the waybill to ensure the smooth customs clearance of the goods. If the goods cannot be cleared smoothly due to the member's false declaration of the name, quantity and value of the goods,.if the goods cannot be cleared smoothly due to local policy reasons and are returned by the destination customs, fined.confiscated, the member shall bear the resulting losses.
Iii. Cross-border Tariffs
All goods will pass through the customs of the destination upon arrival. If the value of the goods exceeds the tax-exempt range of the destination country.region, customs duties may be levied. Before mailing the goods, members need to budget the possible customs duty costs (except for the tax-inclusive service channel). If customs duties are levied, a local customs tax bill will be provided to the recipient, who needs to pay the taxes themselves If the recipient refuses to pay, it will be automatically changed to member payment.
Iv. International Express Delivery Fees and Their Surcharges
Our company is a freight forwarder. Due to the increase.decrease in the cost of the carrier, the express freight and surcharges of our company will also be adjusted. The real-time price is based on the shipping time. If the fluctuation is too large, a unified announcement will be issued without separate notice. During the cooperation process, if the member has any questions about the single freight charge of our company, it needs to be negotiated and modified before the goods are dispatched from the warehouse. Once the goods are dispatched from the warehouse, it is deemed that the charges are correct and accepted by default.
If any of the following charges are incurred, they shall be borne by the recipient. If the recipient refuses to pay, the payment will be automatically changed to the member
1. Exceed the size and weight limit
2. Surcharge for remote areas
3. Address change surcharge
4. Special shipment surcharge
Weekend delivery surcharge on May 5th
6. Destination customs duties (excluding tax-inclusive channels)
7. Customs fines at the destination
8. Destination storage fees and return fees caused by the recipient's responsibility
Additional charges arising from other special service requests of the recipient.
V. Consolidation and Warehousing Fees
If the goods in our company's consolidated shipping warehouse remain undispatched for more than 180 days, a warehouse rental fee will be charged. Our company will charge the member 0.5 yuan per piece per day for warehouse rental, with a minimum starting fee of 20 yuan per piece. If the total time exceeds 360 days, the goods will be automatically abandoned by the member.
For members' goods that need to be returned to the warehouse after being stored, our company will charge the member a one-time operation fee of 20 yuan. The forwarding freight will be reimbursed separately. The goods that have been packed out of the warehouse have not yet been dispatched. If the member needs to change the secondary packaging such as unpacking and reducing the goods, they need to pay a 5-yuan operation fee. Once the goods are dispatched from the warehouse, the order cannot be changed.
Vi. Units of Measurement and Rules
If the volumetric weight of the goods is greater than the actual weight, the freight will be charged based on the volumetric weight. The following volumetric charging rules are subject to change without further notice. For specific details, please consult our customer service.
For DHL, UPS, TNT, and FED, the volumetric billing standard is in CM (length * height * width) divided by 5000 = volumetric weight, except for special channels.
The EMS volumetric billing standard is in CM (length * height * width) divided by 8000 to calculate the volumetric weight. The limit for a single piece of goods is within 30 kilograms.
International dedicated lines to Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, and Japan: for general cargo, divide by 6000+ actual weight by 2; for special cargo, divide by 6000.
The international dedicated line of the European railway is divided by 6,000 and the empty train is divided by 5,000.
International dedicated air and sea services to the United States and Canada are available at 6,000.
VII. The delivery time of international express delivery is unpredictable
The reference delivery time provided by our company generally refers to working days and does not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. We will not offer compensation for possible delays caused by warehouse congestion, weather conditions.vehicle checks at the port.
Our company is a freight forwarder, providing consolidated shipping services and being responsible for helping members obtain discounted freight rates to transfer goods to carriers. What we can do for members is to ship goods efficiently. During subsequent transportation, we cannot directly control the delivery time. Our company will be loyal and responsible, helping members contact carriers for negotiations, urging and tracking claims, and other obligations.
Our company will not be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by members' failure to make timely payments. If the shipment is delayed by more than 24 hours due to our company's reasons, we will refund 1% of the member's shipping fee as compensation. If it is delayed by more than 48 hours, we will refund 3% of the member's shipping fee as compensation.
Viii. Insurance Services
If you need our company to purchase freight insurance on your behalf, please consult the customer service for the specific charging standards. You can also purchase it by yourself as a member. Purchasing insurance can only ensure that the entire cargo is not lost, but does not guarantee the damage of the outer box.the damage.loss of the inner parts. Other customs factors such as customs detention due to policy reasons are not covered by the insurance.
Ix. Compensation Standards
Our company is an agent, not a true transportation carrier. Once the express items are lost, damaged.delayed after being handed over to the carrier, our company is obligated to assist members in handling inquiries and claims, etc., to minimize the losses of members as much as possible. If the goods are lost in our warehouse, our company will fully compensate. Double compensation for loss during international transshipment (that is, our company will add double the compensation provided by the carrier).
After signing for the goods, if you find that they are missing.damaged, and then apply for compensation from the carrier (such as DHL, UPS, etc.), your application is usually not approved. Therefore, members are advised to inspect the goods before signing for them.refuse to sign for them. Record a video for evidence of the problem with the goods and unpack them so that our company can apply for compensation from the carrier.
The carrier.insurance company is not responsible for compensation for damaged contents. Before the member's goods are forwarded, our company will reinforce the outer box with free adhesive tape. If special packaging (foam, wooden box, etc.) is required, the member needs to pay additional fees.
Our company's relevant compensation standards are in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and the rules of each carrier and express delivery company, and refer to the official websites of each express delivery company carrier, such as DHL, UPS, EMS, etc.
